Winter 2014…

After the wet miserable winter that we are currently having, why not start planning a get away and give yourself something to look forward to next winter??
We have lots of great ideas and one would be to visit Manitoba with our friends at Frontiers North. If you fancy a trip out on the Tundra Buggy to see Churchill Town’s Polar bears up close, then now is the time to book – places are limited and go fast. Whilst the bears are the main attraction you are in the right place to see all the other great arctic wildlife that survives in the natural habitat around this isolated town. Arctic fox, hares, moose and ptarmigan all live here and being on the Tundra Buggy gives you the best chance of seeing these tough survivors.
Or perhaps you would like to see the ‘Northern Lights’ as well as the wildlife? There is the chance to participate in an introductory “Northern Lights” photography clinic at the Manitoba Museum and Planetarium to gain tips on capturing the phenomenon on camera. Guests will then travel to Churchill to behold the dancing colours of the evening skies and to learn about the history and culture of the unique northern community.
If this has given you some food for thought and has got you taste buds tingling then give us a call and we could help you put your own bespoke holiday together.
