I have always been keen on animals, particularly horses, so when I heard that the ranch we were about to visit has a horse whisperer, I was the first one off the bus. I have always enjoyed the interaction between man and beast, but to see a relationship between a horse and a man with no need for saddle and bridle was superb. And when he asked if I would like to have a go – well, I was exambusiness exam straight in there. This was no joke. Within 10 minutes, this cowboy had me handling this horse as if I had known it for years, getting onto the same plane as the horse, and understanding each other with the slightest body movement. It was an incredible experience.
This particular ranch was the TA Ranch, south of Buffalo, Wyoming, a lovely place to stay to experience the huge outdoors that is Wyoming.
The day had begun with an introduction to the battles fought between the native indians and the white man. To hear the stories and see the relics of those hard pioneering days was nothing short of amazing and although the history of this area is really not that old compared It exam pdf to our own, somehow it was even more incredible that this was taking place in the early years of my grand parents lives.
