Description

Combine the beauty of the Ontario and Québec countryside with the cosmopolitan atmosphere of Toronto and Montréal.  Go Zip Lining across the 272ft high Montmorency Falls, Jet-boating on the Lachine Rapids, see the Great Blue Whale on a whale-watching cruise from Tadoussac. Enjoy winter sport at its best, with snowmobile trails, dogsledding, snow rafting, snowshoeing and snowboarding – plus skiing in the world-class resorts of Tremblant and Charlevoix. Montreal, Ottawa, Toronto and Quebec City all make superb weekend break destinations and all are linked by a good rail network if you do not want to drive all the time.  For some excellent shopping opportunities, Montreal and Toronto both boast underground walkways – especially good if using this as a Christmas shopping trip and are not keen on the cold.

Sightseeing includes St Patrick’s Cathedral, the Biodome, the Botanical Garden, Mont Royale, Notre Dame and the old Waterfront.
Two nights Montréal

Day 3: North Hatley

[wptabtitle] Little Gems[/wptabtitle] [wptabcontent]

Little Gems

For city enthusiasts, Quebec City is the jewel of this itinerary.  Its fairy-tale skyline, old city walls and associated history make this a must do.  Save your visit for the winter months and pretty Petit Champlain transforms into a twinkly snow covered scene – straight out of the movies.

[wptabtitle] What our clients say[/wptabtitle] [wptabcontent]

Client Feedback

We had a fantastic time in Canada. We saw and experienced so much that I hardly know where to start. The hotels were top class (!)  Highlights were Niagara Falls, the wildlife (bears, beavers and whales in the wild, plus the ones at the Biodome in Montreal), Quebec, the botanical gardens at Montreal (absolutely superb!). All the arrangements worked perfectly. Only once did things threaten to go off plan when there was a fire alarm at our hotel in Ottawa and everyone had to evacuate. Fortunately we had packed early and were about to leave anyway, so we made a quick exit down the fire escape with our cases and made it in plenty of time for our train and limo.

Thank you very much for organising such a wonderful holiday!
