Africa – Grevy Zebras
Last night’s episode of Africa was stunning and the vistas just breath taking. It is wonderful how life manages to exist in the harshest of conditions. This summer I will be looking at our swallows with even more respect – such a huge journey and frought with danger all the way.
If you enjoyed watching the Grevy zebra sequence and wanted to see them for yourself, then think of a trip to Kenya. There are good numbers of them to be found in the semi desert areas of northern Kenya. Consider taking a safari to Samburu or Buffalo Springs National Parks to find them. This area is well worth a few nights stay on safari as it is a cross over point of two different regions – the semi desert of the north and the lusher savannah areas of the south. This sees a mixture of animals from both regions; something that seldom happens.
Give me (Peter) a call to discuss to plan your trip here and what else to add to the safari on 01323 446550 or Email: firstname.lastname@example.org
P.S. The photo above shows the difference between the two types of zebra and was taken in the region.
